We’re halfway through November, which means Thanksgiving is just around the corner – and the rest of the year’s holidays not far behind that! If you’re not the type to spend all day cooking a big meal but still want to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday the traditional way, which generally revolves around eating way too much food, then you might be curious as to which restaurants are going to remain open for the holiday here in the area near Kenosha WI. We thought we’d highlight a few down below!
[ SHOP NOW: Find a New Alfa Romeo Vehicle this Holiday Season! ]
Located at 277 Sheridan Rd., you can head to the HOBNOB in Racine for a Thanksgiving lunch. They’ll be open on the holiday itself, but only from 12 to 4 p.m. The HOBNOB is one of the finest supper clubs in Wisconsin, offering an old-fashioned atmosphere and all sorts of classic American dishes.
Bob’s on Sheridan
Just down the street at 422 Sheridan Rd. in Racine, you can head to Bob’s restaurant, a local favorite. They’ll be hosting a wonderful event for the third year in the row, called free Thanksgiving dinner! The name should give it away, but you can head Bob’s to eat all the classic Turkey Day fixings for free – including turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, drinks and desserts! Donations will be accepted but not required, with all proceeds going to Women and Children Horizon and Toys for Tots!
Finally, that brings us to the obvious choice, Cracker Barrel! Although Cracker Barrel is a chain restaurant, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better Thanksgiving experience than this dining establishment. They’ll be offering a Homestyle Turkey N’ Dressing Meal all day alongside a wide selection of fresh-baked pies. In addition, you can even opt for their Heat N’ Serve Holiday Family Meal To-Go option and bring the Thanksgiving celebration home without doing all that cooking. Just heat it up and serve!
Regardless of where you go or how you spend your holiday this year, everyone here at Palmen Alfa Romeo simply wants to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving.
